The Story So Far
This work is personal.
I grew up in a neurodivergent family, long before I had the language to describe it. That experience shaped how I understand difference, strength, and belonging.
Today, I’m a parent to four neurodivergent children—autistic, ADHD, or both. Our life is full of creativity, complexity, and constant adaptation. It’s taught me what real inclusion looks like—and what happens when it’s missing.
I created SkillShift, a structured programme supporting neurodivergent individuals aged 5 and up. It builds confidence, communication, and real-world readiness in ways that affirm identity rather than try to change it.
Neurodivergence is broader than most people realise. While many think only of autism or ADHD, I work across a wider spectrum—including dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, Tourette’s, and other cognitive and sensory profiles that often go unseen.
I also work as a professional TTRPG games master, where storytelling, collaboration, and trust-building aren’t just ideas—they’re practiced in real time. That same spirit runs through everything I do.
We don’t just accommodate difference—we design for it.
